 It holds 4 chapters : Circle of life, Between my walls, Ship on the water and in the last chapter 5 short stories.

Circle of life:

These  poems are written about all facts of life. The highlights but also the depths of life, all had found it’s place in this chapter. I wrote them in different stages of my life. From my teenage years till present time. The theme’s are Love, Loyalty, pregnancy, kids leaving their nest.

Between my walls :

These poems are about how we cope all ( big or small) crisis in our life’s.

The Theme’s are:  Nature,  disaster,  coma,  cold feelings

These poems are about farewells and the end of life.

The last chapter of my book are  5 short stories. 2 of them are childhood memories and 3 of them are stories about Alzheimer people at the end of their life’s.

With this book a long lasting dream came true. It has the warm glowing look, I wanted to be .

Welcome to my blog.

I am more then happy to welcome you and hope you will have a good time reading and writing here.

This will be a place for people to share thoughts and idea’s.

Two subjects always intrigued me : People and Nature.

Nature is always around us.  We are part of it, every minute of our life.

I love to be outside to enjoy nature. In Nature I feel the hand of  God.

It express God, very often. I feel very small and unimportant, when I walk in the woods or at the beach. A small part of nature. It makes me feel very close to home.

It comforts me when I feel mad or sad.

It frightens me sometimes too,  impress me with it’s  strength and it’s power. It takes my breath away. So much bigger, then we, people, are able to imagine.

To feel a very little part of nature, makes me humble too.

And it makes me feel to be close to my destination.

Nature can act like a mirror with emotions.

I believe all the people in our world are equal and besides the many, many

things that makes us different in culture, religions and appearance.

We  DO have much more in commend then we sometimes realize.

Emotions like Happiness, sadness, anger and fear are universal.

That is the reason why we can reach the heart from people all over the world.

We ARE  able to communicate from heart to heart and experience

unity.

I love to make poems and hope when you read them, you will be able to feel them as well.

Today I opened my eyes
like it was my first time
and I was supriced by what I saw

All those colours
All those different
and unique colours and forms

All those faces
All those different
and unique faces and smiles

today I opened my heart
to all the gifts given to me
the gift of life
the gift of this unique day and possibilities

I saw with my heart
and appreciated all those unique moments
all those unique people touched me in their way

I saw and was truly grateful
grateful for all this day brought to me

I closed my eye today
like it was my last one
I will sleep in peace
as I did with this unique day
ALL I had to do

If one can hear

If one of my poems
or be it a few words
inspire one
to reach her or his
own spirit
my share is done

If one of my poems
gently touch
or rough awake
one awareness
Like a tip of a toe
touch on a lake
to move the circles
my share is one

my talent:
I would like it to be
like a fresh shower of rain
a golden sunbeam through the clouds
a thundering roar
and burning fire

but then
even it is just a few raindrops
one single ray of light
the gentle purr of a pussycat
a little candle flickering in the wind
my share is done

Hiii to you all.

Today it is Valentine Day. Love is one of the major subject for poems. I don’t think there is any subject who has more poems written about. Love or the lack of Love always keep us busy, one way or the other.:)

When I was 15 and waiting for my first lover, Valentine Day make my heart goes faster. You never know if someone would send you a secret card, and admire and love you in compleet silence:)

Ofcourse those cards never came. Some of them went to my sister, very anoying Hahahaha When I had my first lover, He never cared to send me a Valentine Day card or present. He don’t believe in St Valentine was his poor excuse. It is all commercie he said, that did not made me happy.

When I was married Hubby started to send me Vcards inrregulair, but when the time went by he popped out at a more Romanticus I ever knew he was. :) Now after 30+ years of happyly being married, he does care to supprice me every year. Sometimes a homemade diner, sometimes a rose or flower, sometimes a very sweet card. He did not have to proof me anymore he love me more then ever. I know that for long time. And I am not expecting him to buy me something anymore.

But the nicer it is : He does!! And every year again I am suppriced he did not forgot. This year I have to work on Valentines day but he did not forgot . And at lunchtime he made me a beautifull Lunch with a card and a extra yummie sandwich .

He totaly got me in awwweee and it is sure he earned many points with his attentions:):)
